Just like to say a big thank you for all your services over the past few years.  I have always found you very professional in finding tenants for me.  You paid particular attention to the details of the kind of tenant required at my property which saved me precious time.  The due diligence that you carried out was extremely useful enabling me to have long term tenants.  I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone in the future.
